wow you actually clicked again! If you made it this far then I will tell you a little bit about myself.

I work at a financial institution managing deceased estates. Not the prettiest role, and certainly fits in the realm of standard 9-5 corporate roles that no one cares about, but it is fulfilling in its own ways.

Outside of work, I really just enjoy learning about anything. And I feed off of the excitement that people have when they want to share to the world what they have learnt. It is partly why I have spent a greater half of my life being what one would call a "lurker". Always listening, always allowing the other person to express themselves completely. It brings me great joy to know that people are living their best lives.

I used to think there was a darkness in that. That in order for others to shine, I needed to be invisible. That by painfully subsiding my own ambitions, I could contribute to “keeping the peace”. That because true self-expression and choice come at the price of disagreement and pain, being out of the picture was the only solution. It was suicidal, to put it bluntly, and it drove me into the abyss.

Having since stepped out, I realize that whilst conflict probably does come from free expression, it is a beautiful thing to dance under tension. That life is a tit for tat. A game of poke and play.

That is why this website exists, and why you will probably see more of me over the years. As I focus on the 3 things that I deeply care about:

• Contributing to a video game or technology which will engage a new part of the mind

• Making a contribution to a fundamental science

• Love. Just straight committed and passionate love.
